A simple policy for a one-time human service.
The founding repository audit is a one-time USD 49 purchase. There is no subscription or automatic renewal.

You may cancel for a full refund before we confirm that the manual repository review has started. Email audit@agentsmdchecker.com from the address used at checkout and include the payment receipt or transaction reference.
After work begins
Because the audit is customized human work, it is normally non-refundable once review has started. If we cannot access the agreed repository, you do not provide the information needed to proceed, or the request falls outside the listed scope, we will pause and offer an appropriate refund or revised scope.
Delivery problems
If we fail to deliver within the confirmed window, or the deliverable materially misses the agreed scope, contact us within seven days. We will first offer a reasonable correction and, when that does not resolve the issue, an appropriate full or partial refund.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned through the payment provider to the original payment method whenever possible. Bank processing time varies. This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
