The checker identifies structural differences, likely conflicts, and cleanup opportunities. Its score and findings are review suggestions. They do not prove how a model will behave and do not replace tests, permissions, hooks, branch protection, security review, or professional advice.
2. Your content and responsibilities
You retain ownership of content you use with the checker. You are responsible for reviewing generated files before replacing project instructions. You must have authority to share any repository or materials supplied for a paid audit and must not send malware, secrets, or content that violates another party’s rights.
3. Founding repository audit
The listed USD 49 price covers one repository and a human review of relevant agent-instruction files, referenced commands and paths, nested scopes, and obvious instruction conflicts. The standard deliverable is a written change plan plus repaired AGENTS.md and CLAUDE.md drafts when appropriate. We confirm access, scope, and the delivery window before work begins. Material expansion of scope requires separate agreement.
4. Payment and fulfillment
A third-party payment provider identified at checkout or in the payment request processes payment. A confirmed payment reserves the audit; work begins only after we verify payment and receive sufficient repository details. Taxes, currency conversion, or bank fees may apply depending on location and payment method. Refunds follow the posted Refund Policy.
5. Availability and liability
The free checker is provided as available and may change. To the extent permitted by law, AgentsMD Checker is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on automated findings or generated files. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
